Using “Only Four” ZEROS (0) and any Mathematical Operations/Symbols [for example: 'e', 'pi',.... etc., if necessary], obtain the number 24.

I think this is one of those problems where I'm going to be hit with random bursts of inspiration...

Anyway, how about 00:00 ???

Think in terms of a 24 hour clock. 00:00 is the same as 24:00. So using four zeros I've obtained the number 24.
