I toss two coins and look at the outcome.
I then tell you that at least one of the coins is showing up as "tails". What is the chance that the other one is showing "tails" as well?

I agree with Bryan. You are told that one coin is tails, but not which coin is tails giving you the three ppossible outcomes instead of the two. t-t, t-h, h-t are all different possibilities, only one being favorable.
