The last place (Posted on 2003-06-13) Difficulty: 2 of 5
Whenever I am looking for something, it is always in the last place I look.

What is a logical explanation for this?

The discovery of the precise location of the object results in the cessation of its search. Now, the object is always discovered in the last place, and consequently that is precisely the location where one should look.
