Solve this alphametic, where each of the capital letters in bold denotes a different decimal digit from 0 to 9. None of the numbers can contain any leading zero.

3√(HOW)+ 3√(AND) = 3√(WHEN)

I think the precision you can get is more a function of the hardware/operating system, and only secondarily of the computer language/package used on a system.  A 32-bit could give about 18-digit precision (significant digits: integer and decimal positions together) and so forth.
