(MET)*(SPY)=(PSASTA), which is a meaningless word.
However the partial products are three 4-letter words, all described in the following story:
I met this spy in the Russian town XXXX, one of the sister cities of Louisville, KY. Since it is an inland city - I was there without BEING AT SEA (=XXXX). We met at the building resembling the XXXX Tower, a stone tower in Dingle,Ireland.

finds
719 326 234394
2157 1438 4314
which, laid out and interpreted, gives:
719 MET
326 SPY
------- -------
4314 ASEA
1438 EASK
2157 PERM
------- -------
234394 PSASTA
The EASK required a Google search to find (that is to get the otherwise-undefined K). The R in PERM didn't need Google.
