You realise that JM+ review problems prior to post. Charlie and I had consulted Ady on aspects of this problem.
I deeply suspect that Charlie wrote the program bck then and used his data to convince Ady that problem text might be adjusted.
I congratulate your astuteness in making the connection but Ady had to spell it out to me!
And if Charlie did hold back, awaiting a first response, then we have to thank him for that.
