He hands the cashier a $20 note, and is returned a few bills and 3 coins in change (exclude dollars or half dollars). What's the probability, that the man smokes Royal 100's?

If every person is equally likely to smoke any of the three brands, then Star Lights and Vegas Slims should count twice as likely as either of the single-brand pairs--in the inital matrix of probabilities, it would be 2/9, rather than the 1/9 of either Vegas-Vegas or Royal-Royal.
So Royals would have a 1/4 probability.
