taking the title into account, I think it is a clue that means FIND and EXTRA are to use the digits 1 2 9 or 1 to 9. Taking this into account along with my previous interpretation of quarter, gives 4 solutions to the crytarithm
FIND/EXTRA = quarter = 1/4
Solution #1 : 3942/15768 = 1/4
Solution #2 : 4392/17568 = 1/4
Solution #3 : 5796/23184 = 1/4
Solution #4 : 7956/31824 = 1/4
which also goes along with quarter and 4 solutions, enough of a coincidence to make me think this is the intended solution. However if somebody is able to find an interpretation which gives a unique solution I would favor it over my own.
