Although this is undoubtedly not what is being asked for:
one could take any sequence of 10 digits, x0 to x9, and consider them points in a coordinate system:
(0,x0), (1,x1), ... , (9,x9)
and then solve for a polynomial of appropriate degree (one more than the number of changes of direction) to find a curve that goes through all 10 points.
