"Several combinations were not listed: 17+19=6*6, 47+53= 10*10, 2+3+5+7+11+13+17+19+23=10*10, & probably some more..."
6 and 10 are not prime numbers, as brianjn explicitly mentioned in the puzzle.
BTW, without that requirement the list would be:
2 23 9 100 10
5 13 4 36 6
13 19 3 49 7
13 37 7 169 13
17 19 2 36 6
37 43 3 121 11
47 53 2 100 10
71 73 2 144 12
73 89 4 324 18
73 103 7 625 25
73 109 9 841 29
137 151 4 576 24
163 197 8 1444 38
181 199 5 961 31
199 229 5 1089 33
227 269 9 2209 47
277 283 3 841 29
283 293 2 576 24
293 337 7 2209 47
313 331 3 961 31
317 349 5 1681 41
433 449 4 1764 42
by changing line 120 to
120 if Sr*Sr=T then print FirstPrime;LastPrime;N,T;Sr
rather than
120 if Sr*Sr=T and prmdiv(Sr)=Sr then print FirstPrime;LastPrime;N,T;Sr
