I haven't checked out the reply fully but since these two directions have not be observed:
1.  "Initially then, no disk is on its own spindle... "
2.  "... restore disks to their own coloured spindle."
None of the lowest disks are ever moved.  When the Red tower is built it resides on the yellow spindle.

I am wondering if the rest of the reply is therefore invalid.
