If I understood your interpretation of the problem correctly the integers chosen for TASK I would be as you posted in your solution, yet I can find a smaller total sum for both TASK II and TASK III.
TASK I: SUM DIFF PROD QUOT
1 2 3 3[O] 1[O] 2[E] 2
3 6 9 9[O] 3[O] 18[E] 2
5 10 15 15[O] 5[O] 50[E] 2
7 14 21 21[O] 7[O] 98[E] 2
---
48
TASK II: SUM DIFF PROD QUOT
2 14 16 16[E] 12[E] 28[E] 7
4 8 12 12[E] 4[E] 32[E] 2
6 12 18 18[E] 6[E] 72[E] 2
10 20 30 30[E] 10[E] 200[E] 2
---
76 <-- a smaller sum by 2
TASK III: SUM DIFF PROD QUOT
1 11 12 12[E] 10[E] 11[O] 11
5 15 20 20[E] 10[E] 75[O] 3
7 21 28 28[E] 14[E] 147[O] 3
3 9 12 12[E] 6[E] 27[O] 3
---
72 <-- a smaller sum by 16
