You are right, thanks for pointing that out.
It's a fascinating example of subconscious parallel processing, because I'd actually drafted out something very similar to Chris's version before I 'realised' that it was the 'wrong' approach and tore it up. And yet, on reflection, the two stipulations are essentially equivalent.
The conscious, not only subconscious, mind can play strange tricks sometimes.
