A little Generalization (

Observe that
1/1+1/3=4/3;4^2+3^2=5^2
1/3+1/5=8/15;8^2+15^2=17^2
1/5+1/7=12/35;12^2+35^2=37^2
State and prove the generalization suggested by the above examples.

Two consecutive odd/even unit fractions

It works also when we take two consecutive even numbers.
1/(2*k) + 1/(2*k+2) = (2*k+1)/(2*k(k+1))
(2*k + 1)^2 + (2*k(k + 1))^2 = (2*k(k+1) + 1)^2
However, this method does not generate all the primitive Pythagorean triangles.
