Usually what you had in mind is referred to as a "perfect" square, rather than "even" square.

Curiously my first version of the program neglected to check for being even (multiple of 2) and found the other "solutions" and I realized it before posting, unlike the case of the spurious cancellation program where I posted it with the bug in place.
