"Some order" is intended to be sequential.
In Ex1 we have sequential and consecutive.
In Ex2 we would have sequential if we had a case for the 5.

I hadn't considered negativity, might be interesting, but zero difference?  Wouldn't that mean a series that goes nowhere?

Wondering about your "possible solutions", have you also considered:
"Multiplicands must not be replicated, and nor may the digits of a multiplicand and multiplier that create a product." ?
