Quite frankly Steve I was anticipating that someone might ask for more clues (or at least ask for my layout) whilst this was in the queue so I am not surprised that Charlie found other arrangements.

I did do some preliminary trials on the aircraft carrier and felt that maybe it was fine.

When you consider the numbers at the end of the rows and beneath each column the ACC can only be somewhere in Row a, Col A or Col D.
