You are right of course. I indeed misunderstood your comment. Actually, my original intention for the respective sequences was:
(P) The sum of the digits of a sequence is divisible by a prime number.
(Q)All the numbers themselves in that sequence is divisible by that prime number.
In addition to your interpretation of the title, the word "surmise" in the title also served as a mnemonic for "sum".
For large numbers, for example - where the sum of digits =26 in sequence-A, your property P may not match mine.
This opinion is rather redundant since the given numbers are rather small, where the respective "property-P" do match.
Consequently, congratulations on a brilliant deduction at the outset.
