What percentage of the circle is shaded? (The quadrangle shown in the picture is a square with one of the vertices in the circle's center.)

..what percentage of the square-side, is the radius?
In other words, if the side of the square is one metre, what is the radius of the circle, given that the circle covers 25 percent of the area of the square? (Answer to the nearest centimeter.)
