Well, if the twin-prime conjecture is true, so that indeed there are infinitely members of pairs in which 6n-1 and 6n+1 are prime (since 6n+2 must be even and 6n+3 divisible by 3 and 6n+4 is even), then one can keep adding type 6n+1 primes as addends to keep producing ever higher numbers that are the sum of such numbers.
