From the above statements, determine what the crime was and who did it?

It was Ben, who robbed a service station.

We know A3 is true, so A1 and A2 are false. Ben is not innocent.

Al is indeed innocent so C3 is true. That makes C2 false, so Ben's first statement is not false, but rather, true, so indeed Ben robbed the service station.
