1^3/3^1 + 2^3/3^2 + 3^3/3^3 + 4^3/3^4 + ... + n^3/3^n

= 1/8 * (3^(-n) * (-4*n^3 - 18*n^2 - 36*n + 11 * 3^(n+1) - 33))
