What is the smallest natural number whose name contains the five vowels a, e, i, o, u (in any order)?

Well, if we allow "five over one thousand", then we can get even smaller with "five over one hundred thousand" or even "a quindecillionth".
But why bother? Once the word natural is omitted, the negatives are fair game. "Negative four" is clearly smaller, "negative four googleplex" is a lot less, and I am just getting starting.
