For what number of non-overlapping unit squares can a figure be formed whose perimeter is numerically equal to the area?

Two attempts

A 4x4 arrangement seems to work (perimeter=area=16).

So does a 5x4 arrangement, with two corner squares removed (perimeter=area=18)
