In triangle ABC, it is known that AB = 9 and BC/AC = 40/41.

Find the maximum possible area of the triangle ABC.

Using Heron's formula, and iterating through various x*40/41, the maximum area approaches, if it is not, 820.
Where BC = 254.6 and AC = 260.965, the area is approximately 819.999987564881.
