Fiji is in the UTC+12 time zone, American Samoa is in the UTC-11, therefore Fiji is 23 hours ahead.  If you take off at the time stated and it's a 2 hour flight you would land at 1:30am Dec 10th Samoa time, and therefore 23 hours later or 12:30am Dec 11th Fiji time.
