I have heard of him...marginally, and would not say I am a fan. The numbers might be positions of his songs on Billboards top 500, but for which year? Logically, if it is a reference to the Billboard, the given year would be for 2014, the year he died. More likely is that the numbers represent the song's length in time on an album.
I shall leave others to solve it. Sorry, but I have no interest. Still, RIP, J.C.
