Let ABC be a triangle with integral side lengths such that angle A=3 * angle B. Find the minimum value of its perimeter.

I have not tried this problem, but concluding the angle C = 2A you have added the assumption that it is a right triangle.
But then again 20, 27, 36.12 is not quite a right triangle.
Edit: I see where the 4A comes from: sin(180-4A)=sin(4A)
But I don't see the value in minimizing sin(A)+sin(B)+sin(C)
