Let ABC be a triangle with integral side lengths such that angle A=3 * angle B. Find the minimum value of its perimeter.

I have found my errors:
a. The right triplet does not necessarily reduce to 1:b:c
b. R is a function of angleA.
I will try to find an analytical approach, time allowing.
BTW my a+b+c formula is a direct extension of the law of sinuses:
a/sinA=b/sinB=c/sinC=2R
