An equilateral triangle with one side 6cm is inscribed in a circle with its three vertices on the circumference. What is the diameter of the circle?
this one is easy... 4sqrt3
it is all simple geometry, you dont even need trig
conect the vertices to the center of the circle giving you 3 smaller iso triangles adn then draw an altitude to the center of the circle for one of them and you have a simple 30-60-90 right triangle which makes it quite easy to solve for the hypotenues which is also the radius.
