It would seem that Adi has found a right Heronian triangle that has area 24 and therefore meets the criteria of the puzzle. As you have found one that is not a right triangle, it would seem that the condition is not as unique as the title implies.
Adi was obviously seeking right triangles, where a leg is also an altitude.
