DM, that would be a valid solution if the problem were spoken.
As written, the prob states "full of T", not its homophone "full of tea."
Since the question doesn't specify that the answer must be a dictionary word, the only solutions that meet the stated criterion are "words" consisting of one or more Ts.
Boring but consistent.
