B(after some mental calculation): "I'm certain it was not the coldest day..."

How cold was it?

It could probably fits better the low "solution": -15 C° = 5 F°

In some zone of the planet like Canada o Mongolia this are not certainly extreme temperatures for winter (-65C°=-85F° should be very extreme).

And the riddle asks about how cold is it: 35C° is not cold!
