i have no idea if it's right, but here's what i think. . .

since it's asking for the next 5 digits, i tried breaking it up into 5 digit parts with the second number becoming the first of the next number. thus, you get:
10101-01010-10100-01000-10001-00010-00101-01010-10100-01000-10001-00010-00101-01010-10100-01000

so i think the next sequence is 10001. . .i could be wrong, but you never know.
