Trying to solve 17*10^k - 12 = 0 quickly blew up my spreadsheet but working mod 103, given 17*10 - 12 = 55 then 17*10^2 -12 = 10*55 + 108 and the numbers become tractable.

I got n=34 also but without explicit solutions.
