Since Charlie is the lawyer and not the doctor, he also lies. Therefore Alice is not the baker.
We now know that Alice is neither the baker, the doctor, nor the lawyer (as that's Charlie), so that leaves her as the butcher.
Dave is the only unassigned one who can be the doctor, so he is the doctor, leaving Bob as the baker.
