Let m be an integer . Let us say that m is a SPA number if there are positive whole numbers k and j such that

m = (mk + mj) / 2.

Find all SPA numbers.

k=j=1  causes the puzzle’s equation to become a tautology since
 m= (m+m)/2.
So every integer is SPA (Is SPA an acronym for Sum of Powers Average??)

No need to look for other k,j couples,
