Teapot effect (Posted on 2019-02-20) |
|
When liquid is poured from a container (e.g. tea poured from one teacup to another), the liquid often slides along the side of the container, making a real mess.
What can be done to prevent this?
A) Use a container with a narrow spout
B) Use a container with a wider spout

first of all, there's not a lot of material by weight, so there's only so much thermal energy that can be stored in it. Second, gaiwan is somewhat finicky to use and perhaps its biggest problem is the lid - if you keep the assignment help service lid closed for too long (which is an issue if you want to push the tea a bit in later steeping) it'll become way too hot and thus impossible to handle.
