Solve the above equation, without use of computer or calculator.

In the prior solution A=N=2; generally in alphametic questions, each letter represents a unique digit.

A solution (and it's the only one) that fits the bill is:
1 = N
2 = A
3 = H
4 = W
5 = O
6 = K
9 = T

WHAT = 4329
NOW = 154
4329 * 154 = 666666
KNOW + HOW = 6154 + 354 = 6508

If 6508 represents a word, KO?? I'm not sure what it is.
