Solve ab = concatenate(a,b) or prove that there is no solution.

For example if 210 were equal to 210, this would be a solution.

No proof offered, but just thinking about the remaining possibilities, the only one that I can imagine has a chance is when a is a rational number represented by a decimal with a finite number of digits (i.e. non-repeating decimal) and b is an integer.  I can't fathom how any other combination could result in an exact solution.
