Using logic, is Elizabeth drinking coffee or soda?

I think that since George, Helen, and Steve each have two 'e's in their names, and they are drinking coffee, Elizabeth would also be drinking coffee. Bert, Karen, and Dave each have one e, so perhaps they should be drinking tea instead of soda?

Maybe, though, Elizabeth is drinking lemonade or apple juice.
