Using logic, is Elizabeth drinking coffee or soda?

Funnily enough I went on riddlenut.com a few hours ago for the first time, and I saw this exact problem.

The solution is (apparently) Coffee because the coffee-drinkers have two 'e's, although this isn't exactly logic. My names Lewis but that doesn't mean I drink soda....
