What times of the day are the hour hand and minute hand of a clock both exactly on consecutive minute marks?

2:12 and 9:48

The hour hand is exactly on a minute mark only at 0, 12, 24, 36, and 48m past the hour, since the marks separate each hour into 5 equal parts.  At 12:00 the hands are 0 marks apart. At 4:24 and 7:36 they are 2 marks apart, with the hour hand pointing at the 22 and 38 minute positions respectively. The two times 2:12 and 9:48 work, with the hour hand pointing at the 11th and 49th minute marks, respectively..
