Someone asked me to solve it in no time - his alphametic equation using p, q & r
I chose another form, asking you to solve it without any help, no software, no calculators, no pen and paper,
WW+HH+YY=WHY
WHY this choice of letters?

Adding the letter values of w, h and y; we must have:

{w}+{h}+{y}= 23+8+25=56, and:

Sum of digits of 56 is 11.

Since 11 divides the end result 198, this is the raison d'etre for the choice of WHY.
