From (4) if Arlo and Cecil are both short, then from (2) Dean is tall and fair. From (5) Brett is fair. But then none of the four is tall, dark and handsome, so Arlo and Cecil are both tall.
Then from (3) Brett is short and handsome.
Since Arlo, Brett, and Cecil all have at least one desirable trait, then from (1) Dean must be short, fair and ugly.
From (5) Brett must be fair, and from (2) Arlo must be fair.
Therefore only Cecil is tall, dark and handsome.
