A man has : 2 legs, 1 head, 2 ears and 2 hands

A horse has: 4 legs, 1 head, 2 ears and 0 hands.

Thus, a man riding a horse together comprise:

6 legs, 2 heads, 4 ears, and 2 hands,

Consequently, the required answer to this riddle is: a man riding a horse.
