Using “Only Four” ZEROS (0) and any Mathematical Operations/Symbols [for example: 'e', 'pi',.... etc., if necessary], obtain the number 24.
(0!+0!+0!+0!)! = (1+1+1+1)!=24
Some alternate solutions are:
(e^0+pi^0+phi^0+0!)!=24
(e^0+e^0+e^0+0!)!=24
(pi^0+pi^0+pi^0+0!)!=24
(phi^0+phi^0+phi^0+0!)!=24
etc., etc.
