An eye in a blue face

Saw an eye in a green face.

"That eye is like to this eye" Said the first eye,

"But in low place Not in high place."

The answer is "Sun shining on the daisies".


EXPLANATION:
An eye in a blue face =>  A circular celestial object (Sun) in a blue background(blue sky).

An eye in a green face => A circular object/collection of objects (daisy) in a green background (leaves or grass in the garden/park etc.

It follows that:
Sun is the eye in the high place
"A collection of daisies" is the eye in the low place.

Therefore, "Sun shining on the daisies" is the required answer to the riddle.
