My strike is deadly, so learn to fear.
For every life, I shed my tears.
My brothers, mute in all his tries;
so my roar I doth supply.
I strike the tallest before revolt.
But with each tear, I bring new hope.
So us three of different moods,

=> THUNDER, since Lightning do not make a sound and, Rain makes comparatively less sound.
I strike the tallest before revolt.
But with each tear, I bring new hope
=> LIGHTNING and RAIN, as Thunder does NOT strike or hurt anybody, it just emits great sound.
So us three of different moods
will have to wait and sit and brood
=> LIGHTNING, THUNDER, and RAIN
So, the three things are LIGHTNING, THUNDER, and RAIN. These three natural events can only occur together during a THUNDERSTORM.
Consequently, "A Thunderstorm " is the required answer to this riddle.
