Solution Just substitute Comment 3 of 3 |
Let f(x) = x**5 -100x**4+100x**3-100x**2+100x-9
Then, dividing f(x) by x-99, we have:
f(x) = (x**4 -x**3 +x**2-x+1)(x-99)+90
Then, substituting x=99, we have 
f(x) = 90, when x=99
